Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) is investment fund has been one of the most attractive investment for new-entry or beginner investor due to the easy access and manage investment. Noticing that the history in the past decades have been creating millionaires in the world, it has been sought after investment.
We understand that vast majority of our client has been investing in ETFs.
Hence, we would like to assist you to make your life easier to report your income distribution and capital gain/loss from the ETFs.
Please find below the steps or guidance to obtain the documents from two (2) of the largest share registry (i.e. MUFG and Computershare) being used in Australia market.
What is shares registry?
A share register (or share registry) is an independent organization that manages the official list of shareholders for a company. It also act as administrator that processes, tracks, and issues distribution of financial rewards determined by the invested company, which typically include cash dividends, dividend reinvestment plans, and bonus/right issues.
Below are the steps to download the Annual Statement Report of your ETFs and/or managed fund from MUFG and Computershare:
MUFG
Go to MUFG Corporate Market website
You can login using email address if you already have an account. If not, you can register a new account. After you register, most of the time the database from MUFG will link up with your details.
You can also use “Single Holding Login” if you only have one ETFs, enter details in the following sections:
Issuer name;
HIN Postcode; and
Click Login.
After you have login, click on the statement and download tax statement for FY2026 (1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026) as the picture below:

Computershare
Go to Computershare Investor Centre website.
Click on the login and input your Username and password. You can click on forgot password or username if you don't know the details of your account.
If you don't have account, you can register for one. Most of the times, the data will link up by itself and Computershare will be able to find it.
After you login, select “View all documents” and download tax statement for FY2026 (1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026).
