Welcome to our Referral Credit Reward Program 💰
Finally, AY Tax and Financial has organized a referral program for our loyal client, who has been with us for numerous years. This program will be continuously available for the existing client.
Referral Credit Reward ("RCR")
The RCR amount is as follows:
First (1st) new client or referee, you will receive $10
Second (2nd) new client or referee, you will receive $20
Third (3rd) new client or referee, you will receive $40
more than three (3) new client or referee, you will receive $20 for each new client or referee
How to be eligible in participating:
You (as the "Referrer") must introduce a 'new client or referee' to AY Tax and Financial who becomes a successful referee in the 2024 financial year;
The new client must enter the mobile number and full name of the Referral during completing the New Client Tax Form;
You must follow the Facebook page; and
You must participate by giving a review on both the Facebook page and Google page.
Definition
New client or referee: A client that has never engaged AY Taxmax or AY Tax and Financial accounting service previously.
New client tax form: An engagement form between potential client and AY Tax and Financial.
Reset date: June 30 of each financial year.
Successful referee: A new client or referee who has paid for our services in return for tax preparation.
The referee: The person who is being referred.
The referrer: The person who is doing the referring.
Frequently Asked Questions ("FAQ")
Q: I referred AY Tax and Financial to a few of my friends in FY2024 (i.e. 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025) but have not received any reward. Will I still be rewarded?
A: You will receive your RCR when you successfully refer a new client or referee to us. This RCR will be applied as a credit toward your accounting fees in the following financial year.
Scenario:
If you refer to two (2) successful candidates in FY2024, you will receive a $30 reward, which will be applied as a credit toward your accounting fee for FY2025 when you engage our services for tax preparation.
Please note:
However, if you do not engage our services for FY2025, your RCR will be forfeited.
Q: When will I be paid for the RCR?
A: As we highly value our clients who refer us, including you, the RCR will be applied as a credit balance when you complete your tax return in the following financial year (as per the scenario in the previous Q&A). We do not offer cashback; instead, the credit system allows us to accurately track your referrals throughout the current year (i.e. from July to June) based on the form being completed by your referee. Your referral count will continue to accumulate until the reset date at the end of the financial year.
Q: What happens if I do not engage AY Tax and Financial's service in the following year?
A: We will retain on your credit balance should you still engage us in preparing your tax return on the following RCR being rewarded.
Scenario:
As outlined in the previous Q&A scenario, if you have a $30 credit balance from FY2024, we will retain it until you engage us for your FY2025 tax return, regardless of whether you choose to lodge it in the next year, two, or three years later.
The focus is on the applicable financial year of tax return (i.e. FY2025 tax return), not the date of engagement. However, if you lodge your FY2025 tax return with another accountant, tax agent, or on your own, your RCR will be forfeited.
